Just remember that GMail users will find emails from us in their spam folders with all the links disabled. Hotmail users will never get our emails because Hotmail simply deletes them without telling you. They want you to believe we're ignoring you.

Google owns Gmail. Microsoft owns Hotmail. They are not our friends – or yours. Nor are they the Masters of the Universe they believe themselves to be. If you email us, you WILL get a reply they can't stop.
